More Options Not available on Purchase Page to Ask eBay to step in

I cannot message the seller regarding returning my item. Address provided for return does not exist and seller went inactive. Also under More Actions, I do not have the option to Ask eBay to step in!!!!  Please help, my days are running out and I just need help!!!!

Your issue is not a technical issue........

In order to "ask eBay to step in" you need to open a return for not as described, defective or missing parts or pieces. The seller is supposed to issue a return label or refund within 2 business days. If neither one occurs then you can return to the case after 4 business days to ask eBay to step in..

Did you open a return case? If so, what reason did you use? 

You do NOT need to be 'contacting' the seller and you CANNOT ask ebay to 'step in' until you have first opened a case for them to be asked.
