Monthly selling limits : fault calculation from eBay

about a month ago I have notice that "Monthly limits" in "eBay Hub" do not show correct.

I believe problem started at end of February and still continues.

I just close all my listing and in Monthly limits says "291 listed and sold".

Have any one same issues?

Re: Monthly selling limits : fault calculation from eBay

Same here...it is a total mess. I just posted in the selling section here. I am being told that I cannot list due to reaching my selling limits of "22,974listed and sold / 14,000 limit on quantity of items"

There is no way I am near these limits. I have 754 listings and a small seller. I have been selling on Ebay since the late 90's. I have a basic store. This is the biggest mess I have seen. As I said on the selling board...I am about to throw in the towel. I am going to check on Facebook...Ebay for business to see if anyone else is experiencing this. It has to be a glitch.

Re: Monthly selling limits : fault calculation from eBay

Same here.  I ended all of my listings and it still shows 1614 active for $165,714.13???  I sent an email, but is there a better way to get this corrected asap?

Re: Monthly selling limits : fault calculation from eBay

I am having the same issue, I haven’t sold anything in the past month but am being told that I have reached my limit of 250 items and have sold over 1000 items. EBay help is unable to give me any useful info so I tried opening a new account and listing but the item can’t be found and has 0 views after half a day, which I know is wrong. Once someone develops a better platform with as many potential buyers I will head there.

Re: Monthly selling limits : fault calculation from eBay

This is happening to me as well. I've had the store subscription since December 2021 and have had nothing but problems since.

As of today, I have 140 items listed, some of them have multiple quantities but do not reach my 250 listings limit. They say I went over and raised the limit to 1000 listings but can't tell me how it's calculated or even where I can monitor it. I feel like they're trying to make me fail as I just went through hell getting paid when they, out of the blue, had to verify my bank that I've been using for 4 years. (They ended up not letting me use that account. I had to open another one)

I've never done business with a place where there is ZERO support. All I'm seeing for any hope is a hand written letter to corporate sent through snail mail. Is this really all????

How many do you have that have multiple quantities?

Each of those items count towards your monthly limit.

Have a great day.
