Mobile phone users can't choose a 1st class postage option

I have discovered that people buying from me are unable to choose the 1st class postage service offered on all of my listings. It just doesn't show up as an option. When I mentioned this to an ebay representative she checked on her mobile and was surprised to find no trace of the 1st class option. I constantly get messages from customers asking me to post ASAP but they have only paid for 2nd class. This has been going on for months. When, if ever, are ebay going to get their act together?????

I am not sure how it works on eBay UK, but in the US site, if two shipping methods have the same calculated delivery estimate, often the more expensive option will not be displayed unless it is the first, default option.

Hi there, thank you . I think I will try and skin this cat from a different angle. What I don't get is why it works on a computer/laptop but not a phone. Also the combined shipping option doesn't seem to work if customers are using a phone and they don't appear to have the option to request an invoice from me either. It seems that there is a frustratingly restricted service for mobile phone users and I'm sure I'm losing money as over 60% of my customers order on the phone....what about those who give up!!!!!
