Mobile Friendly Checker and Active Content Checker Not working right

Very  frustruating. trying to get all my listing up to date with the mobile view and the active content. Few weeks ago it worked sometimes then stopped working. Today getting error messages and getting a frozen page after that.

For checking active content, use the tools discussed in this thread (posts 1-4) - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Tools-Apps/Replace-Active-Content-in-your-Listings/td-p/26751476/jump-...

Mobile Friendly Checker and Active Content Checker Not working right

Because Active Content can affect page width, I think the best way to use eBay's description checker is to first clear out the active content using the Active Content tab on the checker and then use the Mobile View on the checker.  Both tabs are available on the overlay when you click "New! Mobile-friendly checker" on eBay's description editor.

There are many reports of eBay's description checker not working today, but I tried it and it worked for me. I suspect there are some combinations of description content that hang up the tool, and perhaps some of your listings have such a  combination.  Have you tried it on different listings?

When I scan your listings on the below tool, I see that you have hundreds of listings to be repaired.

If you plan to tackle them one at a time, then it might be easier to use the scanner and click the EXAMINE button on each red or orange row to open the item in the Sandbox tool.  When the Sandbox opens, scroll down to the Filtered tab, copy the repaired code, and paste it into the HTML tab of eBay's description editor.

Or, if you want to process your 700-900 listings in bulk and add the mobile viewport meta tag, the bulk Active Content Editor might be the fastest method.

Sorry, I was looking at several other sellers at the same time. You don't have any posted listings for me to evaluate, so any mention of "your" listings is meanlingless here. Sorry for the confusion.

I've used it extensively the past few days and it's worked flawlessly! Maybe you need to reboot your comp?? Or maybe your internet is overloaded and slow?? Good luck..
