All items received bids and subsequently sold ended up in my unsold not relisted area.. I spent hours of my time going through your pages to find the answer as to why this had happened. I was searching everywhere on the website to try and contact someone- there was no one. This messed the process up, buyers haven’t paid. I will be challenging the fees deducted as I’ve wasted so much of my time trying to rectify your mistake. Items that didn’t sell have now relisted to end at 2 and 3 am in 7 days time. You take so much of our percentage of sale, and for what exactly? Unacceptable ebay.
