When I checked my emails on 10-30-2023 I saw an email (from eBay) with a question from a buyer about a particular listing. 2 minutes later the same buyer sent another email about a different listing asking almost the identical question.
However in my eBay Messages only the 2nd buyer's question appears. I ended up replying to the 2nd message twice to answer the buyer's questions on both listings.
Ebay needs to investigate why the 1st message is not in my eBay Messages. Ebay obviously received both messages from the buyer since I did get 2 emails from eBay.
Note it's not any kind of buyer scam because the buyer purchased the 1st listing.
