Issue with package dimensions

Today is the second day when I go to print a label the dimensions were changed to 1x1x1.  This is happening on all my orders.  Also, my feedback left for others has completely disappeared and feedback left for me is only feedback that is old.

Regarding feedback, eBay is apparently in the process of making changes to the feedback page, and this is causing issues.
