Missing invoice

When printing out copies of my invoices for the last 3 months I just found that the one for March is missing from the drop-down box; there were fees for listings and sales so how do I get a missing summary invoice please?

That's an odd thing to happen, and I would hope it is a temporary glitch.

Something I just discovered is that you can access the last 4 months of activity using the "Customize View" link on the activity panel at the bottom. It's not the full invoice, but is the line by line activity which is at least something. (if the March activity isn't missing there too)

If it doesn't right itself in a few days you may need to call eBay and get them to whack your account with a monkey wrench.

Thanks for that. I had also realised that I would have to reconstruct the invoice by expanding the all activities view over the past 4 months, then I noticed that ebay had simply rolled up the small total of the fees for the missing March invoice into the next month's one (April) which by now has been raised.

In many years of downloading ebay monthly invoices I have never seen this before so it must be a new ebay trick!

So you are saying it looks like maybe eBay forgot to generate a March invoice for you and just rolled the Match charges into the April activity? That the charges are actually in current activity as line items?

Never heard of that happening.

Note that eBay will not actually charge for invoice totals under $1.00 and will roll that amount over, but there would still be an invoice for March with the fees listed on that invoice (your payment source just wouldn't be charged) for the March amount.
