Missing code window in checkout page.

My Ebay checkout page is missing th4e code window to allow entering discount codes. I called and talked to a customer service person that told me it was working when she checked it. She asked me whagt browser I was using, I was using Firefox. So, I removed firefox and reset my Internt Explore 11 in Windows 7.  I ran Advanced Syteem Care Ultimate to correct any problems, then ran MalewareBytes Preimum, and restarted my computer twice. I still don't have a code window in the checkout page. The missing code window caused me not be able to use a 20% dicount code a seller was giving this weekend on a HP Monitor. I had to pay full price.

Have you tried chrome yet?     Usually when firefox doesn't work chrome does or vise versa

Just a thought, I know it's a pain.

As a seller I keep at least 2 browsers on my computer... I prefer 3, but using a junky old lap top at the moment.

Thanks, I removed all browsers except Explorer 11. Today, I have the code window back and it is working. It wasn't there yesterday, even after all my attempts. I don't have any idea what happened or why it is back and working today.
