Missing Drafts

I worked on drafts last night and saved them and this morning they are all gone and other drafts that I am sure I had deleted are back in my draft list. I called ebay and they verify there is a problem with drafts and was told "Don't  make a draft  just go ahead and complete the item and list it. Is anyone else having this problem and what were you told?

It has also happen to us. The only way we have got around the issue is by listing items one at a time. We also had our pictures delete 2 times in our draft prior to recognizing what was going on. It is very time consuming and annoying to state the least. We hope this helps.

I've found that the draft listing process is spawning multiple drafts from one draft, causing my drafts to go over the 20-draft limit and deleting perfectly good older drafts before the 30-day period is over. What a waste of my time.

This is Ebay's way of telling sellers to go somewhere else.

You need to call into support and have them open a ticket. My drafts have been disappearing for months.  I've called in several times and was given the runaround.  I finally was able to get them to look further into it.  I then got an email from someone at eBay letting me know they were having a problem with the site and they would fix it.  That was over two weeks ago.  Still missing drafts all the time.  

Try going to your drafts folder and selecting more than one draft.  Then click on the "complete drafts" button at the top.  It will open up the bulk editing tool.   Instead of being able to work on your drafts it will be totally blank.   That means there is a problem with your account that needs a ticket opened to fix.   When the rep was able to replicate that issue they finally admitted they had a problem and opened a ticket.
