My partner and I are unable to respond to recieved messages on both of our accounts on eBay. We have tested back and forth between accounts. We receive messages, but are able to launch in app, from received email copy or desktop version. We have buyers we need to respond to. This seems to have been happening since last night on both of our accounts.

If you are receiving eBay messages in your email, you should be able to reply directly to the email itself, rather than using the blue "reply" button in the message which would send you to your eBay message inbox.
Mobile browser users seem to be having problems viewing messages.
I am able to view and reply to messages using a browser on a desktop computer, or using the eBay app on a phone.
