I have been trying for 2 days to access my messages. It shows I have 24 messages and every time I click on them it just gives me recently viewed information. I sent another seller a message and can't view that messages. Don't know what to do.

If you are using a mobile browser, try using the eBay app or else request the desktop site version of the page with your mobile browser. Or try another browser.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
