Are you using a browser or the app?

If the app, is it the latest version?

If a browser, mobile or desktop? If mobile, are you using mobile, classic or desktop mode?

Try another browser or another mode to rule out a problem with one combination.

It appears you recently changed your username. Try signing out of eBay completely and signing back in to make sure the change has propagated completely.

If you are using a mobile browser, instead of using the blue "reply" button in the message body, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the white reply button next to the delete button.
