For 2 days I have not been able to access my messages on the eBay mobile app. It says “Something went wrong, Please try again later, Reload.” You can’t reload. Cleared cookies, cache, did hard restart. Still won’t load messages. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I am able to view my messages using the Android version of the eBay app. Which version are you using? Make sure it is the latest version for your operating system.
Try switching between the "classic" message view and the "new" message view (you may see a "We've update messaging" note with a "try it now" link on the message page).
If you are unable to view messages using the eBay app, try using a mobile browser instead as a workaround.

Thank you for the feedback! I am using the Apple app for iPad and iPhone. Doesn’t work for either right now. Can’t immediately find the Classic or New link. Will keep looking.

Some users are apparently having a problem with the iOS version of the eBay app.

Try using a mobile browser instead to view your messages until there is a new app update.

Thank you for the update! Hopefully eBay is working on it. I can access my messages through the webpage, so I am not totally blocked out. Have a great week!!
