Messages not loading on ebay app.

So the messages tab keeps giving me an error when i try to load it on the iphone app. Im on the most recent ios and the app is fully updated, but im stull having this issue where i cant open messages unless i go into my email and press reply to message to see specific messages. I cant access the page that lets me see all my messages though. Any help

Mine is sending messages to the wrong buyers. My replies are being sent to adjacent messages in my mailbox.

This is in the app right? I dont know what they did but it seems to have started going downhill around 5/6 days ago. Normally the app is perfect but now it seems to be tweaking
