You can depend on ebay to be pissy when you don't follow demented rules e.g. in
listing title I put book and author name and in description box add all the other relevant details
including precise description.
The usefulness of redundant forms is ZIP. Look at the ginormous seller listings- all they do is fill out the form with a one liner added describing condition which is always the same. 'MAY have writing or highlighting' or similar gobbledygook.
So today my homepage is a left side column of blue writing very small, a search area also shrunken head size, and below the listings are 5000 font size which of course, don't fit the page.
Too many button pushers on meds. **bleep**

Sounds like the style sheet is not loading properly.
Try loading your home page in another browser, and see if that looks like it should. If so, go back to your original browser and try clearing your cache and eBay cookies.

What page are you looking at?
Have you tried opening that page in another browser? If so, what was the result?
There are other things that can cause style sheet problems aside from browser issues, but those are the easiest to address or rule out.
