I tried saving a seller, I get a pop up box says I have 100 saved. I deleted dead accounts, but get same message. I have 39 saved, unless there is somewhere else to look. Thanks?

The M2M receives about 2000 questions every 24 hours (last close average). With about a dozen hard line VOLUNTEERS, and another couple of dozen who help when they can, we cover about 40 to 50 percent of the questions asked.

Each of the Community Mentors also cruise the other boards, to help others and learn new things.

We pass on rants, less than complete questions (you can not always GUESS), and there are some issues with language.

Many members only understand me, me, me, never considering issues related to IT, server farms and the issues of maintaining those servers (communication, database, sign on, upgrades, etc). And they should not have to understand those issues.

On the M2M (Member to Member) board, new questions have the best chance for answers.

If you do not receive an answer within an hour of asking, repeat. There may not have been many VOLUNTEERS present, or your question may not have given many details to the issue. Heck, the members present, may not have had a good answer for you.
