Not sure what’s going on. Since the site upgrade to new version they are having problems. Bit of a mess people have bought things and we don’t know if they know. Also they offered £1 selling fee and the items listed are not qualifying. I know these things happen but they shouldn’t on a worldwide platform. Someone isn’t testing revisions to software properly. In my industry people would be hung out to dry for this and we are tiny compared to eBay. If we lose buyers we should be compensated but I imagine there will be something in the t&c to get them off the hook for everything.
