Maybe CSR'S need to be out of tech concerns,should be more direct communication w/tech?

CSR'S have been freindly and tried to be helpfull but when it comes to tech issues very rarely has there someone on the phone that we feel should be handling a tech concern maybe they need a department that handles tech problems/concerns separate from CSR'S .The main problem with ebay tech issues is communication with tech via CSR never first hand directly from the person with the issues,maybe there should be a team of tech professionals monitoring this forum/taking calls and checking out each tech complaint with the utmost scrutiny with the consideration that each glitch could be the symptom of a bigger problem,the leaders should be great deductive reasoners that are constantly poising questions on concerns from the community to the tech team trouble shooters, 
Trouble shooting tech problems maybe should not be decided 
by CSR'S & or the deciding factor in tech problems being relayed to tech team, the only time we have spoken with tech diredtly is when they called us,tech needs good info quickly relayed and checked and rechecked.
CSR'S need to be out of tech.
