Anyone else having this issue? Crazy to pay monthly fee for store and can’t use it! Calling is useless as well!

The store one works randomly. But I found another way to do it. Now I just have to figoure out how.

There is another way to do them that does work. If you are in the seller hub it is under Promotions. Same program, just this one works.
