Problem with checking out

Hi, last few days I can’t pay for item? On the checking out site when I trying pay, comes out red windows “ choose different card or change payment method “ I did call them already 2 times and they still can’t fix that??? My husband ebay account is exactly same problem? Is anyone have same??

Have you tried checking out on ebay.co.uk?
