Someone local wanted to buy a quantity of 2X tops from me. So, I collected my physical inventory and selected a bunch of pieces. Then, I went to look up my selling prices on eBay and I could not find many of my listings. First, I searched my listings for "2X top", then I filtered by my store categories that would have 2X tops in them, then I searched by brand name (which I always include in the title) - no luck. Ok, so I thought maybe seller hub was having issues, so I did a general eBay search by brand name 2X top - not there. Cleared my cookies, cache, history and rebooted - still the same. I called eBay customer service and got blown off - "if the listings are gone you will just have to relist them". Finally, I did a physical inventory of my 2X tops and 22 items were missing from eBay.
I would like to know - How does this happen? Why did it happen? Is it just me? Did I screw up?
Needless to say, I will be doing a complete physical inventory to see what else is missing...

There have been many instances in the past (saw threads here), when the listings are renewing, they are delayed for hours or perhaps overnight before actually relisting once again and showing up.

That makes sense! I will check again tomorrow. Thank you

I've had listings disappear before and don't know what happened to them.

(I guess) it’s good to know that it’s not just me. Thanks

Funny, I have the opposite problem. When I sell something, it often (three times now) doesn't update that it was sold and then someone else buys it! I end up having to cancel the new order.

That’s crazy!

About 36 hours later and the missing listings have not reappeared 😟

The other thing is if the listings were at 0 quantity and you are using the Out Of Stock option, the listings will renew for 5 months and then eBay deletes them.
