Managed Payments no payout made.

My Managed Payments has been working perfectly with a payout every Tuesday, except yesterday.  Looking at the status the funds are still in the account with no attempt to do a bank deposit.  Next payout date has already advanced to next week.  What's going on?

My manage payments are doing the same thing. No payout and the day keeps advancing to the next day with all funds available and nothing being paid out. It's like it is stuck in a loop. I called eBay an they had no answer for me except they are writing a report on it. I am so upset. If you find out any information please share. I will do the same. Thanks
