Manage Promotions Active Blue Icon link not working...Now only Black Icon Also Items blue icon link

Having problems with eBay Manage Promotions. It used to be working for the Active button now is black. Before it has Active Blue Icon link which you can click and also same thing on the Items Active Blue Icon as well. Please help.
