Manage Orders Page - BUYER NAME = GONE!

Ebay - why do you guys constantly have to mess with stuff that isn't broken? Why did you remove the buyer's actual name from the Manage Orders Page? Used to be there right next to the user id. Now getting prepared to ship items is a nightmare where I have to click to buy a shipping label just to see their name. I don't use Ebay shipping labels so this is annoying. Please add the buyer's name back OR at the very least give us the option to turn that on or off.

I checked. That isn't the problem. Buyer name used to be right next to user ID and now the buyer name is completely missing.

I have no problem seeing it using the latest firefox

Buyer name appears just above the userid as always.

Buyer name does not necessarily = shipping recipient. You may find it's helpful to generate a pick list.

1 Check the box next to all orders you want to ship.

2 At the top of the page click the Shipping button and select Print Packing Slip and More.

3 On the pop-up, de-select packing slip then check pick list.

4. Click the download button at the top or the print button at the bottom.

This will generate a pick list with item, buyer name/address, shipping service, etc.
