Make offer page shows new features but no way to make an offer

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you use another browser?

Or try disabling add-ons such as ad blockers or script blockers?

I tried using the offer feature of several different listings and eventually found one that provided this message:

Using the "Got it" button at the bottom dismisses the message and allows an offer to be made, however, if you are using the zoom feature to magnify the page, the "Got it" button may not be visible. If you are using a desktop browser, try holding down the Control key and using plus, minus or zero keys to zoom in, out or reset the zoom level for the site or page.

Possibly the message only appears if the seller has not opted out of the requirement for submitting a payment method to make an offer.
