MICRO-DEPOSIT ISSUE

I am going on week 3 of having no payout. Ebay owes me around $1,700 now. I uploaded new checking account information and thought the first round of micro-deposits were confirmed successfully as eBay sent a message saying it was successful. Then the next day i was prompted to confirm by logging into my bank directly from eBay. Then that reinitiated the micro-deposit process. I had one rep that seemed to understand and told me not to confirm the micro-deposits on the app and he acknowledged glitches. So i waited and tried confirming again on the desktop, same issue. Another rep told me to confirm the micro-deposits by calling eBay and talking to customer service, he ensured i could confirm that way. After more micro-deposits i called and was not able to confirm on the phone. Now i'm told my case is escalated but i don't feel like i'm getting anywhere!! I was also told the "back office" workers only work by email. I am going crazy. Another rep was super helpful by getting a message sent to me in eBay messages to enable me to upload my bank statement so i could confirm the checking account that way. I updated that information and then another rep told me the "back office" confirmed those details but i still needed to receive more micro-deposits. So here i am begging for help. Clearly it's the correct checking account because i'm going on round 4 of micro-deposits. I'm scared i won't ever rectify this.
