MC011 Asking for updating tracking information. I have updated all 3 (out of 127) yet same email.

Hi,

 I am a new seller, active since march. I am selling mostly kitchen appliances (100% positive feedback - got one negative, but It was removed) . My account has been restricted after one dispute opened by buyer, but Evri was delaying the parcel for over a week, and then tracking stalled. In the end after 4 phone calls to Evri CS I have been informed that it is lost.

 In this time buyer asked eBay to step in. I have contacted eBay CS that there is no point for client to wait another 2 weeks for decision in this dispute as item has been lost by the courier. eBay represenative told me that I need to wait anywy as they think item can still be delivered. 1 hour later my account got restricted.

I have been asked to updated ALL tracking numbers. Truth is only 3 out 127 were missing, but indeed they have been just incorrect, as one parcel got lost and I have sent a new one (not updated first tracking), second parcel was returned to me as buyer was away and couldn't collect ( I have re-sent the item but haven't updated tracking) and last parcel tracking was correct but I have mispelled the courier name and put Ev insted of Evri).
 
 Even after updating these 3 tracking 4 days ago, they stalled in states as 'dispatched', and as there are old orders, it seems they are not being updated.

 I am reciving same email from eBay team, that I have to update ALL tracking numbers. Even after detailed explanation that ALL of them are updated, and I am being extremely detailed about 3 that have issue with updating from eBay end, I am still restriced.

 I don't know if there is anyone here who had same issue, but I think it is worth sharing, as after just one single dispute I am being put in such a stresful situation. I have read about MC011, and I can't imagin how after one dispute, that I personally wanted to end early to actually not let buyer to wait 2 weeks for case resolution, I being restriced and noone wants to help me.
