Two months ago my wife has a problem to connect to my eBay account ''777kmk''. She changing the password.But
something happened wrong with my account. The problem still present - NO Connection!. The eBay said us -NO
ACCOUNT '' 777kmk''! I opened a new account ''777kis'' because I need to buy the items. Then I called a couple times to
assistants and he advises me to change a new ID - ''777kis'' to old ID -''777kmk'' - this is decided the problem!
After all manipulation and waiting period in one month, I got my the old (real)name ''777kmk'' but without all my feedback score and buying
selling history. Right now I see only "8"!

Please help me to return my feedback score and buying selling history for about 10 years period.

It's very important for my business.

Call back and ask for the Store Department. They should be able to get that back for you being they got your ID back. I wish you the best.

No. They did not help because I did not use eBay more than 1 years. It's correct.

I stopped my business and now start again. Ebay said me--WE DELETED your account because of no activity. I think they cheating me - they can do it and return all my feedback score! . When I spoke they saw all info and told me when I open account ( 2002)-my all score - personal ....etc.. They just do not wont to work!

I'm so sorry to hear that. Go to the top of this page and click on 'Discussion' then click on 'Technical' and ask if they can get your info back. They are after all the technicians and the ones that have this ability here on eBay. Perhaps they will help you. Good luck.
