Hello, I cannot pass the 2ndary log-in to edit or add new listings, account is in great standing. What can I do? I can log in to account, but not to edit or list. Was fine 3 days ago! thank you, Alan
You are not alone! I have been told it is an issue with my browser but it's not. I'm not sure if anyone has actually found a solution except trying multiple times. Sometimes I have to clear all my browsing history and reboot. Sometimes it will work to completely sign out and then try signing back in. A different combination seems to work each time. It has been over a month and happens every few days. I normally stay logged in all the time but it doesn't matter. Once I click to move to a different screen to edit or list or view orders, the Oops screen may appear. First try to sign in never works. But if you keep trying you will get back in after several attempts. It isn't a good solution but at least you will get back in if you keep trying. Now it's just part of the eBay routine.
