Location of seller hub - where do I find it?

I have never used the Seller hub but often read about it on the Ebay forums.  I have spent the last 1/2 hour trying to locate it.  According to the directions I found under the Seller Center it tells me to hover my cursor over my name on the left side of the screen then click on Account Settings.  When I do that It brings up a list of topics but I can´t find a topic that says seller hub.  Is there another topic I should click on?    I have tried Seller Dashboard and Seller Account but I still can´t find anything that says Seller Hub.  

I prefer to work from the Classic View which I have bookmarked so that is what I see when I first go to my listings.   I am going out of town for a few days and wanted to set my handling time to 4 days for all my items at one time rather than revise them one by one.  I have 85 items  I think I read that I could set this change for all the listings on the Seller Hub.   

Why doesn´t Ebay have a simple way to get to the seller hub?  Or am I just missing it? I must be overlooking something.

It takes me to the page but when I click on the ¨Start Using Seller Hub¨ link it says:
Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later.
Maybe I do not get a Sellers Hub dashboard because I do not have a store.

I don't think you need a store subscription to be able to access Seller Hub.  My other selling account has Seller Hub, but no store subscription.

What happens when you click on My ebay > Selling in the upper right corner of the screen?
