I have a time sensitive issue I need to discuss through chat with a live agent. The automated chat does not give me the option to chat, only receive a phone call. I located a link that has both chat and call options, and when I click chat, the button doesn't load anything. I'm not the only one this is happening to, as others have checked on their accounts as well.
If it was a minor issue, I'd be okay to wait, but I really need to have this taken care of as soon as possible with a chat agent.

I think they took it away.
I've been told that it probably doesn't show as an option if the support request volume is high by an eBay employee who I contacted via Facebook Messenger.
But, I personally think that they took the option away or there's a bug because it was not showing as an option when the "Call back" option only had a few minutes wait time.
