The listings show the wrong delivery date (10 days later). I checked the handlin time, tried to recreate the listings - it did not help. I contacted the support, they did not hear about such a problem, they transferred the application to those departments. As a result, for the second week there was no solution from them. Even if you put a handling time of 1 day and overnight delivery, the listing displays delivery in 10 days (!). First encountered such a problem.
I understand that this bug arose during the Corona, when the delivery services could not cope and I increased the handling time to 10 days and somehow it now overlays all the listings. Can someone help?
Maybe you can somehow reset all the settings?
Of course I continue to call support, but there is no result, I only hear 48-72 hours. Sales with such a delay in delivery almost stopped.
