Listings not showing up in store or search results

I encountered an interesting problem. I have over 6000 active listings but none are showing up on my eBay store (I have an active Premium store subscription) or on search results...unless I change the "ship to" country on the top of the eBay page. I noticed the number of visible active listings has decreased since the start of February. Newly listed listings also don't show up.

Checking each country, I found out that buyers from most of Europe can't see my listings, apart from the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Belgium. The listings are also visible to buyers from the rest of the world.

Does anyone else have the same thing going for them? Can this be resolved?

It seems your eBay listings aren't visible to buyers in most European countries. Reach out to eBay customer support for assistance in resolving this issue by providing specific details. They can investigate and address the problem effectively.

Already reached out multiple times, and they either say that "it's a glitch" or that they do not see the issue. I did not see any similar stories from other sellers, so it would be very strange that it's a glitch that only affects me. I was told that there are no restrictions on my account.

Same situation with me.  Not all listings in the store. Only 23 listings in All european websites .de, .fr, .pl, .es

Also same situation with Ship to, when i change to US, UK, France most of listings appears, for example Ship to Sweden same 23 listings.

I hope this Ebay current technical issue is same as ours and they are working to fix it:

Update 04/23 - on countries, where no listings were available, now 2 out of 6000+ listings are showing up. Could someone from the eBay team, such as devon@ebay, shine some light on what is happening?

Update 2nd May - just got off the phone with the representative, and was provided with information that the reference ID for this issue is ALERT15251 and that when it is fixed, I will get reimbursement for my store subscription fee (highly doubtful, to be honest, but fingers crossed). devon@ebay, do you have any response from the product team?

I contacted Ebay Facebook, noticed your given reference ID and got answer:

"Upon checking the Alert that you provided, I am not showing it as valid on my end, so it may have been resolved."

Looks like they don't care and giving wrong ALERT, because problem still exist...

Finally, I found out the issue. All I needed to do for the listings to appear was accept 14-day returns on my listings. Supposedly, it is because of the Digital Service Act.

Fantastic! I also created new return policy, moved all listings and listings starting to be seen. Thanks a lot!!
