My account is new and I want to contact the seller, for instance, or make an offer so Ebay navigates me to a page to enter some more info. I enter everything but cannot proceed as if its like the website has frozen. So either its the format of the phone number im entering wrong so if anyone could help me cuz for instance i put the following US number into the box, (123) 456-7891 this way but nothing wworks.
