We normally sell over $1000 per day. Today we were at $44 so I did a search. I picked a common item we sell and did a price plus shipping lowest 1st search. 2 items showed up. Then I switched to nearest 1st and 68 items showed up. 1st a representative said they saw no problem, what would I like them to do. I said I would like my items to actually show up if someone searches for them. Had the representative duplicate my search and they got the same results, 2 items in price plus shipping lowest 1st and 68 items if searched by nearest 1st. Representative said this is only happening to our business. It is strange the the search a seller is most likely to do to check their inventory does not show any problem. They opened a tech ticket while I contemplated laying off my employee's. Anybody else experiencing this?

hi, im not as big as you but was selling 600$ 12-15 items avg - in 4 days went down to $300 6-8 sales a day and crashing - traffic down 23 % in few days and I do dynamic ads - now is my busy season (lol)... yesterday seemed normal-ish hovering at $550 w 17 sales- today 80$ 2 sales today- i have 2.5 employees and really bad timing when rents are due - im so worried and i have over 2100 listings (2 sales today!!!) - International shipping update hurt us bad - let us see how bad - i dont crosspost because ebays sells best and rather list more... but don't know what to do now, I keep thinking to let few days go bye hoping it will fix crazy sales swings... customer service cant help - called three times in 4 days ...same old - now refreshing the store. If you have any ideas, im even considering opting out of international ship program because new ship program is more expensive (for me at least) - please help or my 2 guys and girl need to find work soon - barely hanging on

There's a "resolved" ticket for this, but Zero results came back for title searches for that ticket.
Item title search in active listing page returns 0 results (March 13, 2023 - May 26th, 2023)

Maybe try tagging one of the eBay employees like Devon.
He replied to this post about missing descriptions, and someone else wondered if that's why they had no sales today. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/All-Descriptions-are-missing/td-p/3378600...
Hope that helps.

Since my listings showed up when searched by "nearest first" (rarely used by buyer unless they want local pickup) and did not show up when filtered by "price + ship, lowest 1st" (most common search) I do not think it is related to descriptions. I think I have contacted ebay around 6 times in the last 2 years for a similar problem.
Here is the scenario. We use the best offer option. We get an offer that seems low, so I do a search to see if we are over priced. I always search price plus shipping lowest 1st. My item is not there. In each case where I have called in the ebay tech duplicated what I found and said they would open up a ticket. With this issue, my item would show up in searches other than price plus shipping lowest 1st. On one item my part was $100 less (33%), than the next cheapest item. In almost every case we were the lowest price available but were not visible when the buyer searched price plus shipping lowest 1st.
I just did a test and under price plus shipping and there were 527 results. Then I switched to nearest 1st and there were 1700+ results. Best match 1600+, highest 1st 1700+, I changed nothing but the filter. No search had the note that only relevant listings were being shown. I have never seen this fixed or had any feedback from the tech report being submitted. There is clearly a problem with the price plus shipping, lowest 1st search. As a buyer and a seller I find this very frustrating. I am looking for the best price when buying but do not have confidence that I am being shown the best price. We try to be the lowest price as a seller but that does no good if our listing is not being shown to the buyers. In each case I copied my search from my listing title. How can a search engine scanning a database not bring up an exact match?
