On 11/23/2021 our 16-year-old account with store was restricted for 3 days due to having two listings with items eBay felt were prohibited. Upon talking to them it was agreed the items were not restricted but the damage was done. After 3 days our listings were still not showing in the store. They were and still are live on eBay, all 450 of them. But the store remains empty. We have called, chatted with eBay support daily to no avail. they see we have the 450 listings and that they are not in the store. Each eBay support person has either done a store refresh or reported it to IT. All saying it would be back in 4 to 24 hours. Nope, nothing. I have been in touch with support on eBay for Business on Facebook. They were very positive, said it was a glitch. Also, no results. We don't know what to do. It has been over a week now. We call or chat daily. Have a large file of transcripts. Getting nowhere.
