Listings not removed from sale list after item sold, Having to delete them myself.

After a buy it now item sells, the item is not getting removed from the selling list. I have been having todelete them myself or end item, so I don't double sell the same item after it has sold. Don't know how to report this to web master.

Are your listings listed as Good Till Cancelled or a set amount of days?

If they are listed as Good Till Cancelled they will remain in your listings, but it will show 0 available. I think they remain in your listings for two months and drop off if you don't increase the amount available.

good till cancelled, but I have used this method for years and they always get deleted after item sells. Not now!

Found the problem was in my eBay account settings that I had changed about a month ago. It was in keeping the good till cancel active even if sold and 0 items were available. I had changed this to yes. When I changed it back to no, then items were deleted when sold. So it was my mistake and not an eBay tecnical problem.
