I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I have reported a problem I've been experiencing listing items since late May 2021, namely: As I create listings nine out of ten times the listing does not save as I type in information. Initially, I thought it was my computer, so I purchased a new MacBook. The problem persisted, so I returned it to Apple and purchased a New iMac and the problem continues to date. After more than a dozen screen sharing sessions with Apple, I was told that the problem is with eBay. I telephoned eBay a half dozen or more times. Each time I got what appears to be a scripted talking points response: Other sellers are experiencing the same problem and the techs are working on it. The problem should be resolved within 72 hours. I almost always use Safari, but I have tried Chrome and Firefox with the same result. My listings are not saving as I create them and, initially I was losing descriptions, photographs, unable to save a draft and on the rare occasion when a listing actually listed part or all description was not saved, and Photos disappeared. I spoke to someone at eBay about a week or so ago.Explained the problem; she gave me a Case # and promised a response within 20 days. This is unacceptable. Moreover, I have sent messages to eBay detailing the problem. No response. Please, somebody at eBay I need to resolve this problem. I think it is in both out interest to get to the bottom of the problem and solve it.
