Listing photos showing as slanted/pixelated - new problem 10/29/23

I have been listing hundreds of items this year with no issue. Today when trying to post several items, the main listing photo is showing up skewed (not rotated) or slanted, not sure how to attach an image of this for example.  Any ideas on what can be done to correct this?

I tested the issue this morning and it looks like it has finally been fixed.  Safari and iPhotos work perfectly with Ebay again.

This problem persists well into 2024.
The issue occurs with both HEIC and JPEG files. And it's inconsistent. Some images work, some don't.
Ebay's photo import is garbage.
