The box or tab that allows you to exclude shipping location like Hawaii Alaska or PO box and many other no longer come up on the listing page. I ship golf clubs and because of USPS surcharge on over 30" boxes of $15, I can no longer use them. So I switched to UPS. But with UPS the quota rates to Hawaii and Alaska and US Islands as overseas shipping. Shipping a 2 pound golf club might be $100. And they do not ships to PO boxes at all. So you have to exclude those locations in your list. Well now it is gone, and I will be dinged for every sale because I will have to cancel them to those locations. I have called twice and explained the problem. Now more crazy stuff is happening. Many listings I looked at this morning now don't even have a shipping service listed, so now nobody can buy even if they wanted to. This had to happen in the past 3-4 days. CS says they are not hearing about this in a big way.
