Listing page missing photo upload section

At the top of the listing page the section where you upload photos is sometimes missing. This doesn't happen all the time but maybe several times a day every day. I have to close the browser and reload to fix but problem keeps coming back. I use google chrome and its updated to latest version. Anyone else have this problem?

This happens every time I sell similar then use the trash can icon to "remove all" photos with one click. It annoyingly makes the entire photo section disappear. I have to save as a draft and go back in to the listing for the photos section to reappear. Is that what happened here @bmtoys ?

This is when I do sell similar. I save as draft and then resume draft and the photo section magically appears again. But this doesn't happen all the time. Its like a server hiccup or something.
