Listing page isn't funtioning

After creating a title and filling in the preliminary required information, I click on the "proceed" button and am taken to a page with faint sections in the background and a fuzzy foreground. This disables me from posting pictures, providing a description etc. This has been going on for several days.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser?

Or disable add-ons?

I'm have trouble with listing as well.  I start doing it & then it won't let me put either pictures, item specifics, etc.  I reached out to Ebay 2 days ago, but it's still not working right.  I tried changed browsers, cleaning cookies, etc. but nothing has worked.  I finally was able to list through my drafts, but other than that, something is wrong with the listing page.
