Hey please help me I have called eBay 1000 times but in 8 days I haven’t gotten any response!
My listing is not showing even though it live and passed index time coz it’s already been 8 days.
can’t find it on search anywhere on any ip adress but still have some views and don’t even know how!
I have done every possible thing to fix it but still not happening

Stop calling eBay. You are wasting their time and yours.
I see you have two listings active right now. How many should there be?
Revising a listing can put it back in the indexing queue. Have you revised the missing listings? When was the last revision?
Can you provide item numbers for the missing items?
You will need to be very diligent with these handbags. New sellers with expensive items for sale will be targeted by scammers.
Because you are a new seller, eBay is likely to hold your funds for 21 days.

I've been having the same problem with many listings for months now.
Most recent example is I listed "Stress Away Gummies" at $10.99 last Monday.
It won't show up at all except as a sponsored ad down below in 12th place past higher priced listings when searching low to high. $10.98 is the only lower priced listing.
I just removed the UPC to see what happens and it's now showing up in Best Match.
Somehow I did get a sale on it earlier in the week though.
I've had other new products listed at way below the lowest price and promoted, without getting any sales yet the other sellers continue to get a bunch of sales.
Very frustrating spending money and time adding new inventory with this happening.
Thinking I need to test those gummies for myself haha.

Another problem is completely unrelated items showing up in searches.
Example- When I search low to high "beet root 1500", a bunch of oregano listings come up.

You have your item in Herbal Remedies and Resins.............. the items that show have them in Vitamins and Minerals. Long story, but for some items ebay made a judgement some years back that they would only show items in some selected categories........ if you change the category, yours should show........ only happens in Best Match......so that's the reason you can still get sales from other search methods. May be happening on other items also.

Thank you! That worked! I had forgotten to change the category...it's not herbal after all.
I didn't know ebay was doing that now and I'm sure gaba and/or theanine flagged it.
Worked with my Royal Jelly capsules too. Now I have to try and remember which other ones were'nt showing up haha.
