Listing form not saving revisions (8/15/23)

Posting in case others are having the same problem. It's not just you. Was working fine for a while, I updated about 10 listings, then suddenly saving changes began to fail maybe 20-30 min ago.

I'm trying to revise several listings to add variations, review item specifics, etc. When I click the blue 'revise it' button at the bottom of the listing form, the page looks like it's loading/saving, then it basically just refreshes and takes you back to the top of the listing form.

My changes are visible, but the listing won't save. No error messages. Just a page that refreshes without publishing/saving changes.

Unified listing tool on the website. Tried 2 different browsers, 2 different accounts, same results.

Hoping this will be a non-issue by morning. Calling it quits for tonight because I'm spinning wheels and getting nowhere.

Narrowing things down:

It's only happening when I add new variations to a listing.

Narrowing things down even further:

It's only happening when I try to add new variations to a listing that's on markdown.

I added new variations to several listings on markdown the past few days. Not sure why it's glitching out now.

Only way I could get around it tonight was to end the markdown, wait for that to finish processing, then add the new variations.

Did you try using a movile device rather then a computer? I know it's an odd question but perhaps the eBay app might work?

I know how difficult it is, its not as GLORIOUS! when issues come up

It's not an odd question - I often test things in the app if the website isn't working. But the app doesn't support variation listings so that wouldn't be an option here.

The only thing that worked was ending the markdown (see my last post for details).

Don't know if this is a bug or an intentional change. Too early to tell. It would be a really inconvenient change if intentional.
