i found that my active listings are automatically getting removed

I lost approximately 20 active listings from my seller hub overnight and another 10 this morning.

Anyone else have disappearing listings?

Yes, I'm trying not to panic - have 10,900 listings but now reduced to 9,280 - that is over 1,600 listing missing....OMG....😫

Are the missing listings ones that would have been renewed on the 29th, 30th or 31st?

If this is a short month issue, they may all show up again on the 1st.

I hope you are right...but in the meantime, wow, all those listings aren't visible to potential buyers? That STINKS. 😞

I thought my active listings number seemed a bit lower than yesterday by about 30 or so to 1,334

Funnily enough, I'm sitting here and refreshed my seller hub page, and my active listings went up by 3, without me listing anything.

So I keep refreshing every couple minutes and now it just went up by another 2, to 1,339 now.

me too...lost way more...I hit the ? button at the bottom of the page and reported it as a technical issue...maybe we all should...flood them with inquiries....

Yes, this may be a site wide issue. Listings are simply not renewing today.

The listings in my store are decreasing at a faster rate than in my seller hub too.

@eburtonlab I appear to have the same issue. Missing listings in active listings in seller hub as well as my store.

What you refer to maybe what is happening. I had 4448 listings last night that are now reduced to 4425. Will wait and see if the listings all "catch up"

Happening to us as well. Started at 1815. I listed an item and went back to my active listings and saw 1774. I'm now at 1748. I ordered it by "time left" ascending and chose a couple listings to track. When they expired/renewed the inventory dropped. If I manually search the titles the listings will show up in the inventory. Their time left is marked as " - " . Clicking on them shows them as active on eBay. I checked using the eBay app. Those listings show "Live Until Sold or Cancelled" instead of "Listing renews in X days X hours." Have been managing this store for over 6 years and I've never seen anything like this.

Also, I'm down to 1740 since I began writing this message. So weird.

ETA: One listing renewed normally and is displaying a renewal in 29 days. 99 left to renew today, so we'll see what happens - insert smiling and sweating emoji-
