Listing auto fill for item specifics not working

The auto fill for the item specifics is not working. Notified ebay more than a week ago and still no follow up and still does not work.

I've been experiencing this for the last week as well.  Normally on my drafts I create a copy, enter my new title and have the auto fill help with the rest.  Instead what's happening now, is when I enter a new title, all the item specifics get erased and I've got to enter everything manually.

If you create a new draft does it work then? It hasn’t worked for us for over a week as well.

Nope.  The only workaround I've found to keep from having all the fields reset is to create templates for my products and use the template.  The item specifics already filled out in the template do not reset, but the auto fill still doesn't work.  I've also been experiencing a slight lag when selecting item specifics.  Not every time, kind of sporadic.  When it happens, it'll basically hang for a second or two before registering what I clicked on.

Can anyone help with this??? Contacted support multiple times and that was weeks ago. Listings still are not auto/pre filling item specifics from the title.

Ive been having same exact issue the past week. Also contacted support and they were of no assistance.

Auto specifics not saving on drafts. When I go back to my draft later I have to re-enter (clothing for example) the "size type", "size", and "department". The rest of item specifics saves, just not those specified.
