Listing an item to sell in the US, with a US account and getting an overseas error

I am trying to sell an item in the US, with my account registered in the US, and I am getting the below error. Not sure why its giving me Asia customer support, how do I fix this and list the item? Thanks.

Was the account registered outside the US or on a non-US eBay site? Or used for selling outside the US?

Was the account ever hijacked that you know of?

It might be worth it to contact eBay via social media and asking what the problem seems to be or what you might be able to do about that error.
