i too have received very few sales for going on 3 weeks now, which is not even normal at all. My own searches on ebay, show mostly overseas items, which never happened before, I have to chage to USA only to see USA and then it looks like slightly different stuff than default search. I believe their search is broken.
About the same time sales dropped, i began having a problem printing multiple shipping labels for orders. Orders do not to this day show for me to print labels. I have to use paypal to print labels. MANY CALLS to ebay, they know and are "working on it" but while it is broke this seller is paying for listings and a store and I DON'T BELIEVE VERY MANY BUYERS ARE SEEING my items.
correct, been a while here too. 30days maybe more.... i certain it is an ebay issue and I'm going to start pushing for refunds for listing fees and store fees. The ebay is broken and we shouldn't be suffering due to their technical glitches.

I've read other people say the same thing on here, which tells me it's a universal issue, where they go awhile with few to no sales, and then suddenly in one day have a ton of sales, then back to none. Definitely visibility issues right there. What else can account for random great sales on a Tuesday afternoon, followed by weeks of ZILCH. So tired of this....
I agree, keep calling. I call 3x a week, as I'm having other broken issues with ebay too. It's broke and we are paying for zilch. I'm mad and you should be too.

I've noticed since at least last Friday. Watcher but no view on an item, etc. Paying for a premium store and not getting my money's worth. Coincidentally, sales tanked.

multiple issues here too. many calls to ebay. they verify there is issues on their end and no timetable when it'll be fixed. My label printing issue began then sales tanked. 2 sales last week, which is NOT AT ALL NORMAL. Their search is broken for one. printing multiple shipping labels at once is broken too. Then Friday, no orders would show, despite having 2 to print. so it got worse. calling again monday. Pushing for store subscription refunds, listing fees too, because why be ased to pay, if your items can't be found?
