Listing Templates

Haven't been able to list for a couple days. Come on EBAY! You can do better than this!

Miad, you need to call them through "Contact Us" and report the problem. They will probably think it's just a few people experiencing the problem if not so make the call. See attached pic of what I am getting upon trying to save my template. Let me know if you or anyone has same problem.

Update: If anyone is having an issue using "create template", go this route instead:

1. Click on Seller Hub

2. Click "Create Listing"

3. Type name UPC, part number etc or whatever in space

4. Fill out the draft 

5. List or save as a draft 

If you don't want to list item right away, save as a draft then complete later. Hope this helps everyone. I have not actually listed using the draft yet but will report back if this doesn't work. Leave replies so I know this worked on least creating a draft. Good luck!

A lot of people are having this issue..

I opened a case with Ebay a few days ago.  They advised me to tell people to report the issue to them.  You can contact them through their Ebay Facebook page by sending them a message..
